This notice explains what we do with your personal data when you buy from us or contact us. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, email, phone number and what you bought.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed and how you reached us, including advertising identifiers from Meta and Google where you have consented.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

Why we use it

• To take payment, deliver your order and handle returns – this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To answer your questions – our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
• To keep accounting and tax records – a legal obligation.
• To measure and improve our advertising – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the people who make the order happen: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our payment provider, the courier delivering your parcel, and our advertising platforms where you have consented. We never sell your data.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK tax rules. Marketing data is deleted once you withdraw consent or after two years of no contact, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Email support@temexofficial.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
